Another luxurious Christmas centrepiece featuring tender Iberian pork fillet wrapped in a delicate layer of mushrooms, aromatic herbs, spinach and rich Iberico ham. Enclosed in golden, puff pastry and baked to perfection. It’s rich, comforting, and full of holiday charm.   This Christmas, elevate your festive table with our delicious Iberian Pork Wellington.   

Ingredients:

Pork fillet, shallots, mushrooms, fresh herbs, serrano ham, spinach, puff pastry, cream, egg yolks, seasoning

Cooking instructions:

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the wellington carefully on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 35 minutes until golden. Allow to stand for 5-6 minutes before serving in thick slices.
