Malabar Prawn Curry · Serves 2
This recipe is a firm favourite of ours. It’s an aromatic, lightly spiced prawn curry from the Malabar Coast in southern India. It’s flavoured with tamarind and coconut milk, but be careful…it’s totally delicious and can easily become very addictive.

Malabar spice mix-black mustard seeds, dried curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds
Keep in the fridge and eat within 2-3 days after delivery date. Once opened consume within 2 days.
