At our restaurant, we love to slow-cook delicious, tender beef cheeks until they practically melt in your mouth. They are consistently popular with our guests, especially during the winter months when there is a little chill in the air.
Rich comfort food with robust flavours, these slow cooked beef cheeks with the addition of black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and basil give the final dish a delicious Mediterranean flavour.
Ingredients:Beef cheeks, trimmed, olive oil, flour, tomato purée (paste), beef stock (bouillon), sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, basil leaves, red wine, onion, garlic, carrots, fresh thyme, rosemary, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Keep in the fridge and eat within 2-3 days after delivery date. Once opened consume within 2 days.
